SHIPPING

Orders are processed and packed within 7 days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and other factors. We and our partners are not liable for any loss or damage if you authorize the courier to leave your order unattended or with a third party.

Extra charges may apply for difficult access or if the delivery site is not ready. You must provide all necessary instructions and documents for delivery; otherwise, additional costs may be invoiced.

Report any issues with your order within 24 hours of receipt. For damaged goods (cracked, chipped, or broken), take photos of the exterior (6 sides) of the box and product during unpacking for the claim process. 

Small to large orders are shipped via USPS in the US, with costs calculated at checkout. For large items to remote areas, we may provide a separate quote.

LOCAL PICK UP

If you're in Seattle area and prefer to pick up your order, contact me.I’ll notify you when it's ready for pickup.

RETURN

All our products are handcrafted, so each piece is unique and may have perceived “imperfections.” We don't create “perfect” ceramics. Returns are not paid for or refunded by us. If a return is agreed upon, you must return the goods in original condition and packaging. Any damage during return transit will be your responsibility, with payment required within 48 hours of notification.

FINAL SALE POLICY

All sales are final once the invoice is paid. Choose carefully, as all pieces are made to order. No refunds or exchanges for dissatisfaction with clay, glaze, color, specks, or imperfections in the stoneware or glazing technique. These irregularities are part of the artisanal nature of my work. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.
